The Competition and Regulation Review, published by the Portuguese Competition Authority, published in its October / December 2018 issue the article ‘Challenges to the judiciary in the enforcement of competition rules in the digital age’, by José Luís da Cruz Vilaça.

The article was the motto for Cruz Vilaça's speech as keynote speaker at the 5th Lisbon Conference on Competition Law and Economy, organized by the Portuguese Competition Authority in Lisbon on October 18 and 19 2018, in which the former Judge of the Court of Justice of the EU has identified and characterized the challenges facing the judiciary in enforcing competition rules in the digital age.
